So for the past week from 11-7-2011 to 11-11-2011, I have been experiencing a large amount of sleep paralysis with my Out of Body attempts. On 11-7-2011 as I lay there looking into the darkness the theta images began to arise. The theta images were strong. It was as if I was seeing a movie unfolding in the dark. At first I was looking at the images and scenes but then I soon immersed in them. It felt as if I had entered a dream. I realized the shift into the higher amplitude theta brain waves and attempted to float up. The dream disappeared and there I was, laying in bed with my mind completely awake and my body fully asleep. I tried to move but was powerless to do so. It felt like I weighed a million tons. With great effort I raised both non-physical arms above me. They looked translucent. I snapped out of this state and was back fully integrated with my physical body and able to move freely. I repeated this scenario six more times. With each episode I partially separated from my physical body culminating with a full separation in the last episode. I did not travel any where. I just floated up about three feet above my physical body for a few minutes. The next few days was a repeat of more of the same. Slight differences but never left the room and was always preceded by sleep paralysis. The Images I see with my eyes closed are so clear and full of details that it is comparable to regular eyes open seeing. The sleep paralysis is pretty scary just because of the lack of control but worth going through for the out of body experience which for many is just a once in a lifetime experience.
