Learning to use your Astral Vision is not only fun but it is also practical. It involves the Pineal Gland. The Pineal Gland is a small endocrine gland that is located in the brain. It secretes melatonin and modulates sleep patterns. These exercises will basically teach you how to dream on demand. Astral Vision has been called by many different names. Clairvoyance, Vision and Remote Viewing. It can be used to view persons, places and things anywhere in time or space. Not only is this extremely enlightening but this practice is actually very healing to the physical body. How to open your Astral Vision
Sit down comfortably. Take a couple of deep breaths, and then allow your breathing to resume a natural rhythm. Look for the sensation of being sleepy. Imagine how peaceful and warm it feels to be engulfed by the sleep sensation. Like enjoying a safe and secure womb environment. Just enjoy this sensation and observe the darkness behind your eyelids. Soon you will see movement in the darkness. It will begin to have a texture and fuzziness like the snow on a blank TV channel. Like a multitude of different colored tiny dots. As it progresses you will actually begin to see actual shapes take form into places and things. You may also hear sounds associated with the visions. It will culminate with full blown clear visions as if you are actually seeing with your physical eyes. This is astral Vision. Viewing things with your nonphysical vision. With practice you can direct where and when of the things you see. This is the technique. Practice it and enjoy the Vast amounts of knowledge you will gain from these vision experiences.
