A Story for You

What if when you slept and closed your eyes in this world, your eyes would open in another. What if you would not lose who you are in theses other places. To remember everything in these other places and to have to pretend to be normal there. Sometimes it’s living other lives and sometimes it’s remembering them. What if in each of these world(s)you had people places and things that hold emotional connections. Family, friends, enemies and of course.. earning a living. They say you get to understand others if you walk a mile in anothers shoes. What if you have the experience of thousands of years. A deep compassion for others and a desire to help others on the path of life. To love others unconditionally. Hello. Others can do no wrong when you have done them all before. To try to be a “good” person in all these lives and balance all of what I perceive myself to be can be very overwhelming. Not to mention keeping all of the different trades, knowledge and abilities learned in each reality hidden from those that I walk amongst. If only I could forget the pains of thousands of years of families and friends lost. The heartache, lonliness and tears accompany me wherever I find myself today. But there is also Love so All is not doom and gloom. Look into my eyes, look into my soul. Each one of these lives is like a spoke on a wheel connected to the center which is my soul. At the center of all that I am is me. Looking at you.

That was so beautifully written. I can relate. So many times in my astral travels I’ll meet the dearest of friends whom I love dearly and I’ve never laid eyes on them in “this life”. I know them as well as I know my own family here. It’s a wonder as to how many lives, parallel or otherwise, that we live.
