Ever since I was first exposed to Robert Monroe and his books, I have literally been obsessed with anything related to him. Including other peoples books written about him or any of his programs. The book Suddenly Psychic by Maureen Caudill is just such a book. I devoured this book. She talks about her journey from skeptic to believer as she has voyages through psychic and spiritual realms. It all began with the Gateway Voyage program at the Monroe Institute. Here she started experiencing altered states of consciousness and Out of Body Experiences. Those six days at The Monroe Institute changed her life forever. The Hemi-Sync technologies used at The Gateway Voyage Program made it all possible. The Hemi-Sync Technology is an audio guidance system that gently guides your brainwaves into the targeted brainwave. She describes the process of going through The Gateway Program and the people she interacted with at The Monroe Institute.
She talks about and describes her experiences out of her body. She meets dead relatives and dead pets on her excursions. She goes into her Remote Viewing experiences and her Kundalini awakenings. This book is full of her personal experiences and also scientific explanations that may explain many psychic experiences.
