After a day of food and drinks laid down to sleep and maybe a nonphysical excursion. She laid her head on my chest as I began to focus my attention on the third eye region. As I laid there relaxing my forehead, I was suddenly immersed in that all too familiar sensation of being under water and buoyant. I decided to test my condition and began to rock back and forth from side to side. With great effort I reached out an arm and grabbed on to the side of the bed. I began to pull my self out but was forced back in and I lost the the OBE state. I opened my eyes and told her I had just phased out of body and was gonna try again. She said she felt large vibration like energy coursing through the parts of her body that was touching me. fascinated by her ability to feel my OBE phase outs I closed my eyes and began relaxing my forehead again. Instantly I felt submerged again in the eerie OBE medium of energy. I began to spin in the axis of my body in an attempt to loosen its hold on me. I spun about ten times then I hugged her and tried to pull her out. She weighed a ton to me and though it seems I was able to move a a fraction, I could not pull her out. I reintegrated with my physical and asked her if she felt anything this time. She said her entire body had exploded with strong vibrational energy. I said I would try again but this time I was gonna focus on moving away from the physical first and then try to take her out. I closed my eyes again for the third attempt. I began to relax my forehead and entered the dissociative state. This time I grabbed the bed post and began pulling myself out. I kept pulling, one hand over the other until my entire etheric body was out. My physical body was exerting such a strong pull that it eventually sucked me back in. I was a bit fustrated at my bodies pull so decided to just get up and stop the experiment for now. The fustration was replaced with joy as always when I have any type of nonphysical experience. The Best Out of Body Experiences for me are when I am keeping local and not heading to an astral world immediately.

You said you “began to spin on the axis of your body”. I believe I experience this often – it’s where I feel like my body is immobile and a big cave filled with outer space, and I begin to spin. I’ve been trying to control which way I spin, but haven’t been able to figure out what to do next? What would your advice be? Is this a Delta state?
Sometimes I enter it while I’m awake with my eyes open (it usually happens when I’m working on the computer for hours.) Any advice for this circumstance? Any insight why it would happen while working on the computer?
