Ok, the main reason that we need to phase out of body is to recharge our batteries. When we wake up in the morning, our batteries have just been recharged. As we go about our daily activities, our batteries drain to the point where we need to sleep or rest to recharge. When we lay down and begin to descend into sleep, we begin to disengage from the physical body. This separation can be a fraction of an inch or more. The more we separate the faster the recharge. When I am having a hard time getting out of body I usually employ one or more of these tips.

1. Exhaust yourself physically. You can drain your batteries quickly with some physical exercise which will naturally increase your need for recharge and sleep. I do pushups, jumping jacks, jogging, ab exercises or anything I can think of. I lay down after the physical activity and do the RBLG Technique.

2. Sleep deprivation. Not sleeping for long periods of time so that you can get really sleepy and then do CDT’s.

3. Fasting. Not eating for a day or two will also reduce your available energy and will increase spontaneous OBE’s.

These are just three quick tips of many that can get you out of your body. Happy travels

How to develop telekinesis and other psychic abilities. I use this technique for all of my psychic feats. This technique is to develop any of these abilities : telekinesis, Pyrokinesis, Astral projection, Aura, Clairvoyance, Mediumship, Out-of-body experiences, Parapsychology, Precognition, Religious experience, Remote viewing, Retrocognition and Telepathy.

I woke up around three AM today and could not go back to sleep. I decided to past the time by getting on the Internet and watch some youtube videos. I ended up watching some UFO videos and videos on who killed JFK (John F. Kennedy). After about an hour of being glued to video after video, I decided to go to bed and try to find more information on these two subjects via the out of body experience. Not knowing if I would be able to even get out of my body tonight or if I would succeed at travelling to the past I laid down and prepared for this adventure. I repeated to myself mentally “I remain Conscious during sleep.” for about fifty times. I then started the RBLG technique while focusing on the street scenes from the JFK videos. Not even feeling movement away from my body, I float down onto a street. I am in the middle of the street and I see a cars moving away from me and under an overpass. I see people on the over pass and all around me. There is a lot of commotion. I could hear the thoughts of all these people around me and it was loud and full of emotions. For a second there I thought I was watching a Mitt Romney motorcade going by but then it hit me. I succeeded in travelling to the past to John F. Kennedy’s assassination day. I almost didn’t recognize where I was. It was one thing to see a video of a street and it was something altogether different to be standing there in 3D. I excitedly wondered if I would see UFO’s also.

Instantly I appeared in a new place. I was standing on ice and as I looked around it appeared that I was somewhere in the Antarctic. I looked up into the sky and saw beautiful colors across it. “Oh Wow, that’s what the aurora borealis looks like.” As I was enjoying the colors changing in the sky I saw a few shooting stars. I thought they were shooting stars until one began to zig zag wildly. “OMG, I wonder if that is a UFO!” Then this huge reddish plasma looking orb with yellow lightning streaks exploding within it flew over me. “What the hell is that!” Then it came back and hovered a few hundred feet above me and then zipped off again. This thing was intelligent. A living thing. I did not get the impression at all that it was anything mechanical. There I was in the middle of nowhere standing in the icy wind. I did not feel cold but I did feel overwhelmed with everything that had just happened in this out of body experience. I focused on my body and faded on my bed. I was not reconnected with my physical body but I was laying in it. I could see through my closed eyelids the ceiling above me. As I laid there in my body I recounted everything I had just done and experienced. Now that I knew I could go back to the day that JFK had been assassinated, I am planning to go back there. I want to walk throughout that whole area to find out what really happened and to gather whatever proof I can as to the truth. As far as the UFO being that I saw in the Antarctic, I want to try to initiate some sort of communication with it.

I normally like to go to the upper dimensions when I go out of body but it was fun exploring mysteries of the past of the physical world. I have met many beings in the upper dimensions but am looking forward to have more interactions with beings in the physical dimension.

I laid down with the intent of helping the lady that had crossed over and that was in a wheelchair, just like I promised the two females I met while out of body the night before. I laid in bed and focused my attention on the lady as I allowed myself to relax and phase out of body. Immediately I was in a dark, reddish grey place. There was nothing I could recognize as physical except for The lady in the wheelchair that I had searched for. Their was a quick interchange of information. I gave her something and she gave me something. As soon as the interchange was done, she disappeared. I also faded out of that place and onto a side walk somewhere in reality.

This new place I was in was very physical in nature and appeared to be a city. Appearing next to me a male faded in. I also felt another presence appear but this was was invisible. The invisible being said for me to trust the man next to me and that he would be helping me. We would both be doing helper work for tonight together as partners. The type of partnership like two police officers. The invisible entity disappeared. The other man and myself only spoke with telepathy or a better description is mind to mind communication. We noticed some sort of commotion heading our way and the man mentally yelled “Run”. He started to run and I didn’t waste a moment running with him. As I looked back I noticed a group of weird looking entities running in our direction. “Great, Chasers!”

What ensued was about an hour evading these chasers with my partner for the night. There was some sort of gravity in this place so unfortunately even though I tried flying, all that I could do was jump really high. We were running through neighborhoods and jumping over houses and obstacles. We finally lost The Chasers after jumping on top of a moving train, running towards the front of it and finally jumping off a few miles away. My partner turned to me and said “Give it to me.” I said “Give you what?” He said “What we have been protecting from The Chasers.” I said “I am not aware of what it is.” He said “What you got from her.” There was an information exchange where something moved from me and went into him. He said “OK, your job here is done, go back to your body for now.” I replied “Ok, Thank you for helping me tonight.” With this I focused on my body and felt myself merge with it.

I got up and went to the bathroom then laid back down next to Roz. I phased out of body but just laid there. In comes my partner into my room and moves towards me. As he stands next to my bed I ask him ” Out of curiosity, what is it that I was carrying” He replied “The lady in the wheelchair you helped earlier was hiding and protecting something within her during her physical life.” He extended his hand and said “This is what she, you and I were protecting.” In his hand was a tiny greenish little wet skinned alien looking creature. The little alien lifted it’s hand and sprayed itself with a tiny spray bottle. The little creature mentally thanked me. My mind began to race with all of the events that have transpired during the last few hours. In awe I merged back in with my physical body. I woke Roz up and began to tell her all that had transpired. We both talked for hours on this and also some of her own Out of Body Experiences she had just gone through tonight.

This experience left me with a lot of questions and answers concerning our interactions in the non-physical realms. I also understand now what Chasers are usually after. They might not be after aliens all the time, sometimes it might just be information. Apparently information is a very valuable commodity in all of the dimensions. Valuable enough to steal it from other entities. The universe is not just full of friendly beings that for sure.

Last night at an unknown time, I was in an upper dimension working as a helper.  I was in what appeared to be a complex of a few blocks long.  There appeared to be thousands of people as I was going around with some others helping people.  I was doing this for a few hours.  It was very strange, some people needed help with problems such as math equations.  Some others needed answers for physical life situations.  The way that I helped them was very strange indeed. I would get in front of someone and there would be an exchange of information. Then the person would disappear from sight. Presumably, their vibration having changed and their location in reality being shifted to their new frequency.  It appeared that there were people that still had physical bodies and some that have left their physical bodies permanently.  Somehow I knew when someone was just a sleeper, someone like me who was here during sleep.  I would get from one side of the complex to the other catching a ride on magnetic lines of force and on weird wind gusts.  It was an awesome feeling looking down at the landscape and structures as I flew overhead. This place was a beehive of activity. Helpers criss crossing large distances as they helped others.

Obviously after spending many hours in this dimension I am sure I can write pages and pages of all of the experiences down to the smallest of details.  But I am just writing down what I think is germane to the experience. As I landed on the sidewalk and began to walk towards my next destination, I was approached by two females who appeared to be between 40 and 60.  In a mixture of talking and telepathy they began to ask for help for a dear friend of theirs.  They mentioned that the friend was in a wheelchair. This immediately made me remember that I was also out of body the night before and had met a person in a wheelchair.  The person I had met previously appeared to be of Native American descent.  I began to describe their friend and they confirmed that this was indeed her.  I assured them that I would do everything in my power to release her from her personal purgatory.  They understood and waved goodbye as I began to fly up in a gust of wind to my next destination.

During the hours in this complex helping other people, I seemed to be attracted to the people that required the type of help that I could supply. The two people that approached towards the end were no different.  Somehow the universe knows who needs help and who can supply this help and apparently matches the helpers the helped accordingly.  Funny how while out of the body memory has strange attributes.  Remembering things that you previously had not even known you had experience.  I remember leaving my body at night and doing my part in helping others out of their own personal thought world’s where they may have felt trapped in.  For example, the lady having spent her whole life in a wheelchair had so ingrained in her mind the pattern of existing in just a wheelchair.  So now, released from her body and existing in a thought world, she stills finds herself in the wheel chair due to 80 year habit of it while still in the physical.  When I leave my body tonight, I will search for this lady and show her that she can fly and be free. To show her that in the thought worlds her only restrictions are her own limiting belief systems.

How Binaural Beats work

This post is to answer some questions I have received about the OBE Binaural Beat Audio that is located in my Products Page.

This audio contains no subliminal. as far as the brainwaves, I start it off in Beta then have it gradually descend into Delta. This decent takes ten minutes and then for forty minutes it’s pure upper Delta. The last ten minutes I have it ascend back to Beta. So the first ten minutes it descends into Delta and the last ten minutes ascends back to Beta which means you will have a forty minute window for your Out of Body Experiences. Now, one of the greatest tips that I can give you is that you should focus your attention on the wavering sound which is the Phantom beat that you can only “HEAR” when both halves of the brain work in unison. The second you start to hear the phantom beat the brain begins to physically create NEW neural pathways that increase the communication between both halves of the brain and produce Whole Brain Thinking. The more you listen to this audio the more your brain will physically change, giving you the ability for not only Out of Body Experiences, but for all type of Psychic Phenomenon. To get a good handle on what the Phantom Binaural Beat sounds like, just remove one ear plug while listening to the audio and you should just hear one steady tone. When you put the earplug back in you should be able to detect the beat. I hope you enjoy this audio.

Here is a two minute meditation of which I recorded my Brainwaves. I recorded my brainwaves using the Mindset EEG Headset from Neurosky. I used The Processing Brain Grapher by Eric Blue software to capture the data. In this meditation I used a technique where I count backwards from fifty to one with eyes closed. Notice How Delta and alpha brainwaves become dominant as I meditate. I use brainwave capturing in my consciousness research.

 11:00 pm sat on down on my couch for experimentation on new OBE method. I call this new technique, Mini Death Trance, or MDT for short. This new method involved slowing down my thoughts and metabolism as much as I possibly could. Once in this super relaxed state, I would purposefully hold my breath until I couldn’t hold it anymore comfortably. This would slow down brain activity even further. As I descended in brain activity, I went to the very edge between here and there. I stopped right before going out of body. I can only describe the perception of this edge as a wall of liquid light. It felt as if I was hovering above the surface of a vast ocean in a crisp and cool place. My mind was racing with so many questions. I reached for it curiously, instantly a surge of the familiar vibrational energy passed through me in a wave. The shock brought me right out of the trance. I opened my eyes and looked around out of habit and thinking to myself “what the heck was that?”. Feeling ecstatic with the great results of this dip into the MDT I decided for more. I closed my eyes and started my entry back into the MDT. As I slowly approached The Edge I noticed that there was some sort of mist or steam that was coming from it. There was movement in the mist. Realization came quickly, this was the stuff that dreams are made of. There was scenes and images morphing in and out of the mist. As I hovered there it seemed to me that I experienced The Mist when my brain activity is in the Theta brainwave range. The Edge and beyond seem to be experienced in the Delta brainwave range.

Afterthoughts

* More experimentation at The Edge and in The Mist are necessary to explore the possibilities of these states.

 On 4-1-2012, around 1 AM I laid down with my girlfriend to go to sleep. I immediately felt a sense of release from my body. I rolled out and stood up. Not having planned to get out of my body I decided just to walk outside and maybe just fly around. I walked through the wall and headed towards the garden. As I was walking through the garden, I was knocked down to the ground. I tried to get up but was unable to. Suddenly a man got on top of me as to secure me and he began to rifle through my pockets. I had on some jeans and he checked my front and rear pockets. He didn’t say a word as he did this. I thought “what the hell is going on here. Did this man knock me down? Is he mugging me?” I decided to return to my body because this situation was creeping me out. I phased back into my body but found that I was still paralyzed. I thought to myself “No problem, I will just wiggle my fingers as usual. Oh oh, nothings happening.” I began to progressively get more worried as I tried everything I could to break out of the paralysis state to no avail. I began trying to get my girlfriend’s attention as she lay next to me. I tried calling to her but could only manage to get out what I perceived as gurgling sounds. I tried moving my fingers, even minutely, to get her attention. After what seemed like an eternity she began to shake me. The paralysis broke and I was able to tell her what happened. She said that she heard me making whimpering noises and that it took her a while to actually get me to wake up.

Afterthoughts:

* I had been sleep deprived due to working late for the past few days. Was this why it was so hard to break the catalepsy or did this guy do that to me?

* Why the strange behavior from this disembodied person. Was he a recently deceased person who was doing what he would normally do before dying?

* Questions and more questions.

Is it possible that it was not advance technology but that we were actually able to see these unseen forces? Did we have another sensory organ that we used? The Pineal Gland also known as The Third Eye by ancient mystics is a small gland located between the two hemispheres of the brain. The Pineal Gland generates a magnetic field because it contains magnetite. Can the pituitary’s magnetic field interact with the Earths magntic field? Like two magnets interacting with each other. It also contains crystals called hyroxyapatite crystals. It has many features of your regular eyes, including photoreceptors and a lens. It is light sensitive and controls many of your body’s various natural biorhythms. The Pineal also works in harmony with your hypothalamus gland which is the director of hunger, thirst, sexual desire, and the biological clock that controls your aging process. According to evolutionary science, this third eye at one point existed outside our cranium before receding into the skull. This Third Eye seems to me, to be the most logical explanation as to how the ancients knew where the invisible lines of force were. Because they were able to see them.

There has been a lot of scientific experimentation on the properties of the crystals inside The Pineal Gland. Just to cite a few scientists like Baconnier Simon, Lang Sidney B. and De Seze Rene who wrote their findings in the paper titled New Crystal in the Pineal Gland: Characterization and Potential Role in Electromechano-Transduction. What they discovered is that these crystals can actually tune into different areas of the electromagnetic spectrum. So, it is not far fetched that hundreds or thousands of years ago this sensory organ was more active. Because it was more active, it is feasible that they were able to see and detect other areas of the electromagnetic spectrum which allowed them to build these ancient structures.

I am not saying that Ancient Aliens did not help us technologically or in other ways. I am just sharing one of my hypothesis of an alternative way that the ancients might have perceived these invisible lines of force without technological means. Could it be that as our third eye became progressively more dormant, that we progressively lost the magical connection with nature that we once had? Magical schools teach of methods of activating The third Eye. Will these magical techniques allow us to reconnect with these unseen forces again and allow us to rediscover our spiritual heritage?

The Pineal Gland makes me think of what else is possible. We know that The Pineal Gland is in charge of our biological clock and aging. It makes me wonder if there are people out there who have actually slowed down or even stopped their biological clocks. Does this mean that it is possible that there are people out there who may be immortal? I think there are. Even throughout time there had to have been others who either through a genetic anomaly or mental activation modified their Pineal Glands and stopped aging. These immortals may be living amongst us now. The first hand experience and knowledge these immortals could share would be immense. These immortals could even be the ancient builders of the Pyramids.

So many questions about our evolution and our human history. Did Ancient Aliens help humans in our past technologically and spiritually? Are we descendants of Aliens? Did we build the pyramids? What seemingly impossible things are we humans capable of? Are their immortals amongst us? In this post, I pose many questions. One day the answers may surprise us.

A hologram is created when a laser is passed through a beam splitter. One beam hits an object (an apple for example) and the other beam hits a photographic plate. Now all the information on the apple has been inputed to the photographic plate. All you see on the plate is a bunch of concentric circles. Like throwing rocks into a pond. You get a lot of circles flowing outward. The information is encoded on the plate. The only way to decode the information is to pass a laser beam through the photographic plate. On the other side of the photographic plate will appear the whole apple in full 3D. All the information contained in the photographic plate is nonlocal. This means it is contained in every part of the plate. For example, you can cut the plate in half and pass a laser beam through any of the pieces. On the other side, the 3D apple will magically appear. You can cut the photographic plate into a thousand pieces and the results will be the same. The apple will magically appear again. The information is everywhere and nowhere, it is nonlocal. The only thing that can decode the information is a laser beam. A laser beam is also called coherent light. This means that all the photons are traveling in the same direction. Focused light.

Our Universe is composed of waves of vibrational energy. These waves are like the waves that are created on the photographic plate in the explanation above. Our Universe is a 3D reality we create by decoding bits and pieces of it through our senses. For example, our eyes only pick up a narrow band of frequencies we call the visible light range. How can we see the whole universe. Just like a small piece of the photographic plate with a laser to decode the whole information, what can we use to decode The Holographic Universe?

Since time immemorial, mystics from every culture have been describing states of enlightenment and methods for reaching it. Whether they call this state Samadhi, Nirvana or any other name. They all describe the same state and the methods to reach them are similiar. “Bring your mind to one pointedness.” “Concentrate on one thing to the exclusion of all others.” “When you reach enlightenment: The observer and the observed become one and in that moment. You know everything and know nothing. You are every where and no where.” These descriptions of enlightenment make sense when you realize that your mind has light like properties. Your mind is like the laser and when you reach a state of coherent thought or focused attention, you decode the universe. The piece of the universe that is used to decode the whole is whatever is the thought or object that is being focused on. This means that focused attention is the method to decode the secrets of the universe and Science is only now catching up to what the Ancients already knew.

Meditation is one sure fire way to reach enlightenment. The road to enlightenment comes with many benefits. As your ability to focus your consciousness increases, so will these benefits. The ancients described many of these benefits as Powers. These powers are wide and vary. Some developed powers include super healing, out of body experiences, mind reading, flying and mind over matter. Learning to have a laser like focus will also help us on our day to day activities. The Holographic Theory of the Universe helps explain this ancient knowledge in modern terms. Active Meditation:

Sit or lay down and get comfortable. Take a few deep breathes and then begin counting backwords from fifty to one with each exhale as a count. Each exhale should also be accompanied with letting go of tension. I like to use a mental sigh (like a yawn) with each exhale I count as my preferred method of letting go. Once I reach one, I may restart the countdown depending on if I want to continue meditating. Once I get into a good meditational groove I usually do a few countdowns.

Passive Meditation:

Sit or lay down and get comfortable. Take a few deep breathes and then don’t pay attention to your breathing. Allow it to take on a natural rhythm. Now, just observe any activity that is happening in your mind. Don’t try to actively create what you see, just observe. You may need to set an alarm because you won’t even want to think about how long your meditation is. After a few minutes, you will begin to have lots of theta imagery. Same imagery as dreaming. I usually do this for about 30 minutes.

There are many benefits to meditation and it should be performed as many times as possible. I will be posting a new article on the benefits of meditation soon. stay tuned and have fun!

Now, to bridge this theory to the seemingly magical ability to shape shift. The iron filings work the same as the atoms that compose your physical body or any other physical object. The atoms align to the invisible etheric lines of force that give shape to all things physical. When you leave your physical body via an out-of-body experience and you are walking around in the same environment that your physical body is in, this is your etheric body. To shape shift, once you are out of your body, you must change the shape of your etheric body. Then while maintaining the new shape, reenter your physical body. The atoms of your physical body will instantly realign to the new shape. The change will be instant. The new physical shape will slowly morph back to your old body after a few hours. The new shape can be maintained for as long as the etheric shape that is holding it together is maintained. To change back immediately or to another shape it will be necessary to exit your physical body again, change your etheric body and reenter your physical while maintaining the new shape desired.

Through out history there have been many types of shape shifters, like werewolves and vampires. Usually these shape shifter types have two etheric bodies. For example: One regular human etheric body and one wolf etheric body. They can switch between etheric bodies which instantly reorganizes the atoms into the new shape. There are many shape shifters hiding amongst the general population. It may be someone you have met on the street or can even be a coworker. They are every where and you can now be one too. The only difference with a werewolf and your shape shifting abilities will be that you will not be subject to only one shape. Well, there you have it. The secrets of shape shifting. Enjoy!!

How to become visible while you are nonphysical.

This technique is to be practiced once you have exited your physical body. For a refresher on how to get into your astral body click here. Now, while out of body, begin to hum. That’s right hum just as if you were in the physical using your mouth. Let the hum’s vibration begin to spread through out your astral body. Once you feel it all over, begin to slow down the hum. The hum that is vibrating around your astral body should begin to slow down at the same time. The lower you vibrate, the more visible you will be to others on the physical plane. You can actually fully materialize and interact with the physical world. This same humming method could be used to increase your vibratory frequency. This is also useful for entering higher frequency domains since you will be able to control the frequency of your nonphysical body. I personally have used this method to materialize in front of others. Sometimes I just lower my frequency enough to move physical objects around like a poltergeist. This is definitely a powerful technique which will help advance your nonphysical ability to interact with the physical world. Enjoy!!

How to Develop Your Mind Reading Abilities

First you should have a radio that has a volume knob and not the up and down volume buttons. Now turn on the radio to any radio station and lower the volume until you can barely hear it. Close your eyes and listen to the radio. As you sit there, what is being said should become clearer to you as your internal thoughts begin to die down. When you can hear the station perfectly, it is now time to lower the volume further. Repeat just sitting there with eyes closed until you can hear what is being said. You continue the lowering of the volume further and further until you can’t lower it anymore. This exercise helps you learn how to tune into faint perceptions.

Now we will do the same thing but with out a radio. You will sit with your eyes closed listening for any faint thoughts or internal conversations within your mind. Once you find a stream of thoughts, tune into it the same way you did with the faint radio station. You will find that the thoughts will become clearer just as the radio station became clearer with the radio exercise. As you listen to this thought stream(s), you can direct your mind to someone else then listen in on the faint thoughts you pick up from them. With practice you can tune into others thoughts anywhere, anytime and with eyes open. With this newly tuned ability to tap into the thoughts of others, you will gain insight into how we are all in constant mental communication. Enjoy!!

How to open your Astral Vision

Sit down comfortably. Take a couple of deep breaths, and then allow your breathing to resume a natural rhythm. Look for the sensation of being sleepy. Imagine how peaceful and warm it feels to be engulfed by the sleep sensation. Like enjoying a safe and secure womb environment. Just enjoy this sensation and observe the darkness behind your eyelids. Soon you will see movement in the darkness. It will begin to have a texture and fuzziness like the snow on a blank TV channel. Like a multitude of different colored tiny dots. As it progresses you will actually begin to see actual shapes take form into places and things. You may also hear sounds associated with the visions. It will culminate with full blown clear visions as if you are actually seeing with your physical eyes. This is astral Vision. Viewing things with your nonphysical vision. With practice you can direct where and when of the things you see. This is the technique. Practice it and enjoy the Vast amounts of knowledge you will gain from these vision experiences.
