RBLG Rythmic Breathing and Letting Go

The technique that I currently use to Get out of my body or to tap into the non-physical Internet is as follows.

Get in a relaxed position. Either sitting up or laying down. Breathe in deeply a few times and then let it continue on its own. Don’t try to control your breathing at all. It is the exact same breathing pattern as when you are asleep. Sometimes, if you pretend to be asleep, your breathing will fall into a rhythm naturally. The goal is to have the same breathing rhythm as natural sleep. Once you have established a reasonable rhythmic breathing pattern. Then you begin the letting go process. With each exhalation, you let go all tension. I like to imagine that I am letting my self fall backwards into a swimming pool. That same letting go and surrender with each exhale. Every time you release more tension, you disengage further from the physical. Typically after a general “letting go” of tension through out my body. The last spot to have any tension is in the middle of my head. A few inches behind the eyes.  I will concentrate my “letting go” here until a sense of release. As you disengage further from the physical you may get spurts of imagery and or sensation as you begin to enter a theta brainwave state. You can stay where you are and tap into an information stream I like to call The Non-Physical Internet or you can roll out or fly up and away from your physical body. This technique has become so second nature to me it that it generally can take as little as thirty seconds for me to hit a nice theta state. Try it out and let me know what you think. :)
